Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has said Nigerians will not need to carry arms and protect themselves if the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, is elected in 2023. The PDP Vice Presidential candidate stated this on Wednesday in his remark at the annual conference of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) held in Abuja.
